Consultative Technical Sales
(active ingredients in the Cosmetics Industry)

Open location (home office) in Poland, competitive package
Your role:

Reporting to the Head of Sales Central Europe Cosmetics (located in HQ Zurich) you will build upon the existing customer-base and develop new sales. You will work independently from your home-base, drawing upon technical and commercial support from a dedicated team of professionals in HQ Zurich.

* Apply your technical know how when developing customised solutions.
* Achieve challenging sales objectives in a highly competitive market.
* Develop long term relationship with customers in a dynamic environment.

You will have:

* A chemistry background, ideally with a strong technical experience. Knowledge of the cosmetics
ingredients would be an advantage.
* A track record of successful account management and new business development, ideally acquired in the cosmetics industry or a comparable technical environment.
* Excellent customer-facing negotiation skills, with the flair needed to think in terms of “solutions” not
“product” to meet the speciality needs of customers.
* Polish mother tongue, fluent in German or English is a must.
* Tenacity and self-reliance.
